Improve CME

Your CME organization has outcomes measurement challenges and requirements that are unique to its competitive environment and ACCME accreditation status. Based on your organization’s strengths and the nature of your CME content and goals, Improve CME will design customized outcomes measurement plans written specifically for inclusion in your grant requests. All measurement plans are compliant with ACCME criteria.

Using a variety of evidence-based methodologies from CME research and the social/behavioral sciences, and in compliance with the ACCME’s Updated Accreditation Criteria, Improve CME measures changes in knowledge, confidence, competence, self-reported performance and self-reported patient outcomes (Moore Levels 3 through 6) that result from CME interventions.

Additionally, in collaboration with Vigilytics, LLC, Improve CME is pioneering the use of medical claims data to measure performance change in physicians who participate in national scope CME initiatives.

Educational Measures

One Company, One Contact, One Call

Technology companies often promote a broad range of experience and services which frequently translate into solutions that are expensive and not always practical. Educational Measures is different. We train our employees to be experts in all aspects of our business. For our clients, this means you receive the best service possible. For any size activity, we guarantee you continuity, professionalism and personal attention. Our experts in the office and in the field are skilled in anticipating and adapting to challenges as they might, and often do, arise.

Audio/Visual Services

Educational Measures takes care of everything so that you and your attendees experience a seamless event. We use the most advanced systems, newest equipment, and latest technology the industry has to offer. We work within your budget to provide only the A/V equipment that you need at prices far below the industry average.

Audience Response Systems

Audience Response Systems, or ARS, is a combination of hardware and software that offers interaction between the speaker and the audience and thoroughly documents the learning process.

A trained ARS technician operates the multimedia software (similar to a PowerPoint® presentation), which enables the data to appear in a variety of on-screen statistical formats that include rankings, true/false and multiple choice filtered by demographic or market parameters, pre- and post-event comparisons, bar graphs, pie charts, and so on. All displays are fully customizable and the tallied results are shown in real time.

Scannable Evaluations

Tired of hand tabulating your evaluations? Our scanning system will change the way you process evaluations. Educational Measures works with you to design and create the evaluation for each of your activities. Once the activity is complete, we will collect and summarize your data and send you a report within days.

Webcasting Services

Educational Measures can assist you with delivering your educational content online through our webcasting capabilities. Webcasting is a great way to reach a large audience of professionals by giving them access to presentations and other content online.

Our capabilities range from Video/Audio recording at a live event, editing and uploading a recording to specified sites, and converting these files to different formats. All formats can be hosted by Educational Measures or sent back to you for repurposing.
We offer:

Electronic Surveys (EDC)

Using email or web based forms, Educational Measures can collect and compile your activity data in real time. These methods are fully customizable and are fully integrated into EducationalTrak™ or any Educational Measures customized solution.
