The Florida Pharmacy Association is the collective voice of the profession of pharmacy, and serves to represent the goals, values, and best interest of our members at both state and national levels. We are the primary source for current, reliable information on the legal and regulatory issues that affect the profession.

Our mission is to unify and strengthen the voice of pharmacy while advancing pharmacy practice through education, advocacy collaboration, and relationships. The vision for Florida Pharmacy Association is to be the trusted resource in optimizing patient outcomes through unifying, educating and guiding pharmacy practitioners in changing the healthcare landscape.

We welcome members that are pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and others with an interest and profession of pharmacy. Our priorities are workforce development, infrastructure, advocacy, policy & legislation, and sustainability. Conferences & Community

Each year FPA hosts a variety of summits and conferences so that you can stay up to date on the latest in pharmacy practices and information. The culmination of all our efforts comes together at the Annual Conference. This year it will be held at the Tampa Marriott Water Street from June 13-16 in Tampa, Florida; you should save the date. There will be keynote speakers, educational sessions, networking opportunities, fun activities and much more. You won’t want to miss it!

Throughout the year we celebrate the triumphs of our members by spotlighting them, advocating for their needs and providing them with quality continuing education so that they can be the best in their respective fields. For us, community matters and creating a strong pharmacy community is at the forefront of our efforts. We encourage our members to get involve in advocating for what is right, learn as much as possible about the changing landscape and provide quality care to those they are charged with. At the Florida Pharmacy Association, we want you to know that we have your back.

When we get together throughout the year as an association or come together for community outreach, we try to make it fun for all of those involved. Whether that means going on a fun run, sitting around a fire and roasting smores, participating in a costume content, or riding around in a decked-out bug we know that having fun should be a part of the process. At times, the practice of pharmacy can be a heavy, daunting one so it is important that we not only understand how to take care of others but ourselves too.

By bringing the community together we not only expose ourselves to a variety of diverse opinions and perspectives but demonstrate that we are a collective. One voice, advocating for all, so that we all win at this game called life.
